The place is gorgeous and the location is ideal. Can't get any better. Everything is clean and easy to find. A few tips: for an American, the door was challenging to lock and unlock. Just be patient with it. It does work once you get the hang of it. plus

Just be patient with it. It does work once you get the hang of it. It was fantastic to have laundry right there. Leave extra time for drying clothing in the dryer because it needs an extra cycle. Inside, there were tons of lighting options which was lovely as were the fur seat covers that kept us warm outside. The view from the balcony is great. We watched fireworks from there and you won't miss any Wengen event from this location. I had to change my reservation a few times due to weather and another last minute issue. Each time, Rachel got back to me immediately and was easy going about the date change. This is not to encourage folks to change their plans a lot, but more to say that the hosts are very kind about it when these issues happen. Check in and check out were incredibly easy. Again, fully recommend this lovely place.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating, plus it had coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few condiments, such as salt and pepper. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, and when I couldn’t figure out the instructions, which were written in German, Rachel helped me figure everything out. There was also a large three ring notebook which had instructions on how to use appliances, the TV, and the Internet. The Internet was very fast, and we did not have to login every day. We’ve been to Wengen four times and this was by far the best apartment we’ve had on any of our visits. We will definitely come back to this apartment on our next visit.

Just a fantastic apartment in literally the perfect location: about 50 feet from the cable car station and about a 2 minute walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the region. Lovely balcony with a view of the mountains and nearby tennis courts. You can easily access any of the numerous hiking trails around Wengen. The views and scenery are probably the best I’ve ever seen. I hope I get the chance to come back.

We loved the rainfall shower and premium bath soaps provided. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and we were provided with ample pillows and blankets. The views out the window were beautiful! The TV is a smart device where you can cast YouTuplus
We loved the rainfall shower and premium bath soaps provided. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and we were provided with ample pillows and blankets. The views out the window were beautiful! The TV is a smart device where you can cast YouTube from your smartphone, which is very useful to us English speakers since most of the cable channels are in German. Kitchen dishes and supplies were well stocked. Only things to keep in mind that these were not provided so you may want to bring: paper towels, hair conditioner, liquid dish soap (tablets for the dishwasher were provided, but nothing to handwash dishes), laundry detergent. Check in was easy and Rachel was very responsive to all our messages. I would definitely reccomend this apartment to anyone!

I would be out the door and on the train in less than 5 mins. Although the apartment was exceptionally clean and cozy, it would have been nice if they had supplies for the washer/dryer and the coffee maker. In addition, the bed was relatively uncomfoplus

! TI highly recommend this little apt ..I spent every morning on the balcony surrounding by breathtaking mountains. The place was just the Right Size with a fully functioning kitchen. Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive. plus

The views and location were great! Close walk to train station and gondolas..we loved this area for the longer stay of our trip, there's so much to do and a close train ride down to lauterbrunnen.. the check in process was a breeze and we were even aplus

Stayed cozy and warm despite the snow outside. Rented through an agency so no host as such and not personal but check in staff very friendly and accommodating. Great town to stay in too and smaller and quieter than other places we visited.

Just top notch in everything. There is nothing to say except that we were completely satisfied with everything. I do wish I could remember the name of the unit we stayed in as the location right in town behind the wonderful gift shop and next to the chair lift was fantastic for us. And do ask Rachel for the best places right in town to walk. Our evening walks were some of the highlights of our trip. Wengen and the views are just so amazing.
