The home is spacious and well-appointed. It was clean, comfortable, and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy Wengen and the surrounding areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms, in particular, were very comfortable and the family room was just thesee more

Alpine Holiday Services was prompt and attentive they provided excellent customer service during our stay. We would definitely consider a return!

The kitchen was well-appointed however, it really could use some more serving bowls, a proper knife, a bread knife!, and, perhaps, another cutting board.
Idea: offer guests access to beach/bathing towels for the pool / Lake Thun? Even if there was a see more

A couple of metal pedal waste bins in the bathrooms would be nice instead of the broken plastic ones.
A few more light bulbs above the kitchen counter and above the sink in the downstairs bathroom would have been very helpful.

Not absolutely necessary, but a nice touch, would be to find at least one box of Kleenex and a roll of paper towels. More than one key for the apartment door so one doesn't have to look for an ingenious hiding place for the one key when not all members of the family are following the same schedule. |

Good location: Directly at the ski slopes, we enjoyed our stay in Wengen very much again. The apartment is nicely located next to a farm, giving a real rural feeling.
