Set in the quaint, traditional and car limited village of Wengen (accessible by train from Lauterbrunnen) just 420 meters from the train station and amenities, this chalet is within a complex of 6 wood-crafted Chalets. Enter through an elegant marble hallway into the apartment; an entrance area with conveniently situated hanging space and shoe racks awaits you.
The cosy and stylish open plan living, dining and kitchen feature floor to ceiling windows and doors which open out onto the extensive balcony with dining for 6 and mountain views.
The master bedroom with contemporary ensuite shower room features a queen size double (160x200cm) with a Chalet-style wooden bed frame, whilst the second bedroom offers 2 singles (90x200cm) which can be combined to be used as a double. A further family size bathroom is located off the entrance hall.
The washing machine and dryer are situated in the private cellar unit which also provides useful storage space.
A private elevator helpfully shortens the uphill walk from Panoramapark Soleil chalets to the village to just over 400 meters. In addition, the chalet itself offers an elevator to all floors.

This apartment was exceptionally comfortable, crisp, clean, warm, and comprehensively equipped. We were two couples, and this really enhanced our delightful holiday in Wengen. Rachel's service and responsiveness was also great!

Just be aware that the apartment is a bit of an uphill walk to the village. There is an elevator that helps avoid the steepest part. Ski equipment can be left overnight at the shop in town. The walk did not interfere with our holiday at all! But justsee more

It is remote enough to enjoy the solitude of the Swiss alps but has all the amenities you need. Pros: very clean, new, quiet, washer and dryer, tub, cow bell sounds in the distance, Mountain View, tons of kitchen utensils, great patio furniture, soapsee more
It is remote enough to enjoy the solitude of the Swiss alps but has all the amenities you need. Pros: very clean, new, quiet, washer and dryer, tub, cow bell sounds in the distance, Mountain View, tons of kitchen utensils, great patio furniture, soap starter packs and comfy bedding. Cons: back porch has one good view, behind you is a 3 story Chalet a stones throw away that looks down onto you taking away privacy. Walk from Chalet to train is entirely uphill. If you are older, out of shapehave any mobility issues chose another locations. Host ignored my last message before we arrived to see if early check in was available (the Chalet instructed us to let them know 24 hours in advance to see if early check in was available). We knew this was not likely so also asked for any tips on where to hang out with our luggage until 4pm this was also ignored.

We loved having our morning coffee on the deck looking at the mountains. There were lots of pots and pans and things like spices and cooking oil available which made it easy to cook some simple meals. The condo is below the town—about a 10 minute walsee more

Rachel from Alpine Holiday services was very helpful and quickly responded to any question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect: roomy, convenient, clean, well furnished, good location. Had all amenities you could want included. Very well fitted kitchen - lots of utensils, pots, pans, even multiple fondue and raclette kits. We really enjoyed staying thersee more
