Apartment “Silbermond” in Chalet F of Panoramapark Soleil enjoys a very sunny location on the south-west side of the Wengen village just a 410 meter walk from the train station and village mainstreet. Small but sweet this 1-2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment features a balcony as well as a terrace with lawn. Situated in the car free village of Wengen, this accommodation is accessible by train from Lauterbrunnen.
The open plan-living-dining kitchen with dining for 4, sofa and armchair features floor to ceiling doors opening out on to a west facing balcony. A sliding door gives the option to open the living area out into the multi-purpose room which serves as a second bedroom and features a high quality sofa-bed, desk, TV and wardrobe.
The south facing master bedroom with kingsize double bed (180x200cm) features an ensuite shower room and floor to ceiling doors which open out on to the terrace with lawn. A second shower room is located just off the entrance area.
The washing machine and dryer are situated in the private cellar unit which also provides useful storage space.
A private elevator helpfully shortens the uphill walk from Panoramapark Soleil chalets to the village to just over 400 meters. In addition, the chalet itself offers an elevator to all floors.

Location was great (about a 8 minute walk from the train), loved the balcony (great view of the mountains), rooms were clean and very nice, and cute personal touches (toblerone on pillow upon arrival). Of note, the front desk is only open from 1600-1see more

This is a lovely chalet located very close to jungfrau mountain range and almost amidst the mountains. It a beautiful location. This place is located in wengen which is about 50mins from interlaken via Lauterbrunnen. It is a very small quiet and peacsee more
This is a lovely chalet located very close to jungfrau mountain range and almost amidst the mountains. It a beautiful location. This place is located in wengen which is about 50mins from interlaken via Lauterbrunnen. It is a very small quiet and peaceful town. We completely loved our chalet and location. Beautiful view from everywhere. The chalet was a cosy little apartment with one bed and a portion of the living room converted into a small bedroom good for 2 people. The entire place and baths were sparking clean and all the basic stuff was provided. We cooked in all our days here and it was very comfortable. Everything including utensils, pans, spoons, knives, wine glasses, cups, dishes, etc etc etc - everything was provided. Just get your own food and cook. The kitchen is fully equipped (except no microwave, but you can use the oven to heat). The chalet does not have AC but they do provide fans if you require. The chalet is about a 8mins steep walk from the reception (which is right opposite the wengen railway station) downhill and hence it get difficult to carry your own luggage up and down. But since we are a family of 4 strong individuals we loved doing it. If you want to skip steep walks, then this isn’t the place for you. But this place is worth the walk! Definitely recommend it to everyone.

The place seemed brand new, if anyone had ever stepped foot in it before I couldn’t tell. The walk up to the train station and grocery store from the Airbnb is very steep but that comes with the territory, just keep that in mind if you have big suitcsee more

The walk up to the train station and grocery store from the Airbnb is very steep but that comes with the territory, just keep that in mind if you have big suitcases, Rachel does provide numbers for taxi services within Wengen if needed, as well as a book (not exaggerating , it’s literally a whole book) of information about what to do in the area with phone numbers and useful information. Overall, the place is very nice and very big, and the walk to and from the apartment has fantastic views. If you are looking for a place in Wengen I think you would have a lot of trouble finding anywhere as modern and spacious for the price.

Sehr gefehlt hat in der Küche ein genügend GROSSER Kochtopf für Zubereitung von Pasta.
Ausserdem war die Wohnung viel zu warm, es war nicht klar, wo die Heizung runtergedreht werden könnte.
